How to Schedule a Call

Unlike our competitors, VirtualShield is proud to offer Priority Phone Support. If you would prefer to speak with someone over the phone, our support team is here to assist you at your convenience.

You can schedule a call anytime from your Account Dashboard, and our support representatives will contact you at your best availability. Simply follow these steps on your computer or mobile device.

How to schedule a call with VirtualShield Support:

Start by visiting your Account Dashboard. Select My Subscription from the navigation menu, or use the link below:

Below USA-Based Phone Support on the right, press Schedule a Call.

If you don’t see this option, it is likely you need the Phone Support add-on. Our support team can help you add Priority Phone Support to your plan.

Select a Date & Time that works for your availability, then press Next.

Enter your Contact Details along with any additional info to help prepare for your meeting, then press Schedule Event.

That’s it! A support representative will give you a phone call at the date/time you provided.

If there is no answer you will receive a voicemail, and we will attempt to follow up with you at a later time.

Common Questions

Do I need an add-on to use this service?
If your plan includes Phone Support, your call will always be given priority above other customers. However if you need urgent assistance, we can make an exception and help you schedule a call.
Does VirtualShield use Artificial Intelligence?
No, we do not utilize Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) for support purposes. We can assure you that all of our support agents are 100% human.
What else can I do besides scheduling a call?
