We understand that it's convenient to share accounts with friends and family members, but we do want to promote proper safety measures to ensure that your account stays secure. To help with this change, VirtualShield has upgraded every plan and every customer to have unlimited devices per user.
Adding additional users also gives them the opportunity to have unlimited devices. We require two-factor authentication to be turned on to enable this feature. Otherwise, your account will be limited to 5 devices at a time. The benefit to adding additional users is to get more (and potentially unlimited) devices, and share your subscription with other users at a discounted rate. It's essentially a bulk discount.
