Adding your Information
First of all, congratulations on upgrading to one of our VPN Plus or VirtualShield One plans. You will now be able to access to our exclusive network that will automatically block ads, trackers, and malware from ever reaching your device for a safer, and more enjoyable browsing experience.
In addition to Ad & Malware blocking and Identity theft protection, you now have full access to our online Personal data removal service. After signing up, the next step is to start adding your personal details.
Start by logging in to your online Account Dashboard using the link below:
This feature is only available with our VPN Plus or VS One plans. If you have a basic VPN subscription, some of the relevant options may not appear.
Select Data Removal from the navigation menu, if it is not selected already.
Press the Change Profile button to begin adding your personal details.
Start by adding your name and/or date of birth, then press the Save and Continue button. Follow the steps to continue adding your details as necessary.
Activating Protection
Once you've added you and your family's information, all that's left is to Activate your protection.
After saving your information, simply toggle the switch to Activate data removal.
Once active, the icon will become green and the status will change to On.
That's it! We will immediately begin scanning the web and submitting opt-out requests, and you will start seeing results in your Account Dashboard.
At first, your info will appear in the Exposed Info category. It will then be transferred to the In Progress section after a request has been submitted.
Once your info has been successfully removed, it will appear inside of the Removed category.
Common Questions
Do I need to add all of my info to be protected?
No, all that is required is your full name and/or your email address. These are the first data points that we will monitor, everything else is entirely optional. However the more information you provide, the better we can protect you.
Can I remove my family's information in addition to my own?
Yes! You can also add additional emails, phone numbers, and addresses if you would like us to monitor and delete these records as well.
