Your email address is used to access your online Account Dashboard on our website. It is also used to log in to the VirtualShield app on all of your various devices.
You can change your email address at any time if you feel it's been compromised, or if you no longer have access to your previous email address.
Changing your Email Address
Changing your email address with VirtualShield is very easy, Simply follow the instructions below. If you don't know your password, you will need to Reset your Password first.

Start by logging in to your online Account Dashboard using the link below:
Select Settings from the navigation menu, if it is not selected already.
Select Change Email on the right side of your screen.
A popup message will appear, prompting you to enter a new email address.
You will receive a confirmation email, so you can verify the address belongs to you.
Check your inbox for the confirmation email to verify your new email address. Once you verify your email it will be automatically updated in your account.
You may need to log out and log back in to the VirtualShield app on your device(s) using your new email address.
My new email address is not working, what can I do?
Try to Reset your Password first. If that doesn't work, contact our support team for further assistance.
I still can't access my account, what now?
Contact our support team and we will send you a new system-generated password, once you have verified you are the account owner.
