Resetting your Password


Your password is used to access your online Account Dashboard on our website. It is also used to log in to the VirtualShield app on all of your various devices.

Without your password, you will be unable to log in and connect to our network. It is important to use a strong password to keep your account secure, but not so strong that you can't remember it.

You will see a confirmation message saying that a link was sent to your email address.

Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.

Click the link in the email to reset your password. You will be taken to a secure page to enter a new password.

Please be aware your password is CaSe-sensitive. If you use any capital letters or symbols, you must type it exactly the same in order to log in again.

I never received the password reset email, what can I do?
Please check your junk/spam folder, it may have been transferred to the wrong inbox by mistake. If you still can't find it, contact our support team for assistance.
I still can't access my account, what now?
Contact our support team and we will send you a new system-generated password, once you have verified you are the account owner.
