How to Block Ads & Malware

Overview

As you already know, intrusive ads and popups can be one of the most annoying things on the internet. While some advertisements are welcome to support content creators and promote the free market, others only exist to annoy us and push irrelevant apps and unwanted products to consumers.

On top of that, the internet is plagued with malware, backdoors, and other websites that may appear harmless at first glance, but can end up damaging your device and leaking your personal information to third-parties without your knowledge or consent.

Common Questions

Why can’t I activate Ad & Malware Blocking on my device?
This feature is only included with our Plus/One/Ultimate plans. It can also be added to your subscription individually. You can upgrade your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Dashboard.
Why am I still seeing ads with this option enabled?
First we recommend disconnecting and then re-connecting to our VPN network. If that doesn’t work, try clearing the cookies/cache inside of your web browser. Feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.
Does Ad Blocking work like a browser extension?
Ad & Malware Blocking works with all browsers, as well as many of your favorite apps and games. Extensions don’t, they only protect what’s inside of your browser. Our VPN will protect and encrypt your entire internet connection.
